Target Corp. is forging ahead with its latest priority to open small, urban stores to better and more conveniently serve its customers.
The retailer said Tuesday it will open small-footprint stores in Seattle’s University District and Ballard in 2019 and a store in Bellevue’s Wilburton neighborhood on 116th Avenue NE in 2020.
